Returns Policy: Choose Carefully, we do not refund for incorrect choice, however, you can exchange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Games Cube PTY LTD within 14 days of delivery/ Purchase.
Refunds: Choose Carefully, we do not refund for incorrect choice.**
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description; or
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair / replace the item within a reasonable time. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
* If we make an exception we will refund your order minus the PayPal fees of your original transaction.
Shipping & Delivery
If items are ordered before 12pm, they will be shipped same day!!
For our standard domestic shipping, letters and parcels are sent via Australia Post.
Regular Postage: Orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-7 working days after the order is dispatched. Regular post is at buyer's risk.
Express Postage: When you need an item delivered fast, a prepaid Express Post envelope can get it there the next business day. Next business day delivery to remote areas and roadside delivery addresses is not guaranteed.
Signature of Delivery: Want to know your item has been delivered and signed for? Signature on Delivery captures a signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered.
2hr Click and Collect: Pick up your items after 2 hours instore.
30mins Click and Collect: Pick up in store after 30 mins.
FAIR GO POLICY:
As a small family business sending out singles daily, we have developed a fair go policy in line with Australian Consumer Law, to protect ourselves from those seeking to take advantage of us, while ensuring that everyone has an access to the cards they need.
FOR SINGLES: While you can see every copy we have in our online store, there is a maxium of 1 card per customer*.
FOR CARD SPIKES: When a card spikes in value, we reserve the right to withhold the sale if our new /updated buy price exceeds our old sell price.
* If more than one card is ordered, depending on our stock level we may ship you up to a maxium of 4.
* This policy is for the named card, and buying 4 regular and 4 in Foil, we will only ship you 1.
What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.
